I am surprised how this room has passed the laws to be qualified as a bookable accommodation.
No ventilation -
There is no proper ventilation in the room. Just a small window next to kitchen, that has no grill or safety. So you can not sleep keeping it open. We were in Paris during some really hot days, and without ventilation this room was like an oven.
Tiny bathroom -
They have carved out a very small bathroom from within the room. The width of the bathroom is barely 3 feet. Not sure if it is even legal in Paris to have a bathroom of this minimum size. It is so small, that you can not even dry yourself with the towel, let along changing something. Absolute horror.
Again, no ventilation at all in the bathroom.
Decent kitchenette but no condiments -
The host wasn't courteous enough to provide basic things in the kitchen. No paper towel, salt, pepper, detergent, etc. We had to make an immediate trip to the nearby supermarket.
Good location -
The only thing that helped was the location. The metro station was 5 min walk. So were the supermarkets.
But, I won't recommend this place to anyone. Absolute waste of money.

Un signalement est en train d'être fait auprès de la répréssion des fraudes expliquant tout ce mechanisme.

Tres bel appartement bien situé facilement accessible a pied de la gare Montparnasse. Les moins , pas simple de prendre contact avec le gestionnaire, une caution demandé de 250 euros avant lee voyage et à ce jour pas restituée soit 2 jours après mon depart.
