8/10 Very good

The condo was nice, clean only issue was ….. not all lights worked. The light switches didn’t turn anything on. Only light that worked was in the kitchen which wasn’t terrible because of the big windows. That wouldn’t stop me from staying here again. Also communication wasn’t the greatest on which property we were staying at. I was not informed that there were multiple. The first person who checked us in gave us the wrong unit number. Other than all that it was a great time in Toronto :)

Very bad experience

The address on the website wasn't the address of the appartment, we were in a complete different area of the city. The appartment wasn't looking like the picture at all, wasn't modern ang good looking like the website. Very slow to send you back the deposit. Didn't gave me a compensation for this either hotels.com.
