I can honestly say the owner the staff was wonderful. I got scheme at a hotel off south beach and came here. The check in is so easy and effortless. I booked late at night around 11pm and was able to self check myself in. The rooms are beautiful, parking is great, the staff I can’t say how wonderful they been during my stay I got food poisoning and had to rush to the hospital by ambulance. The owner called me and checked on me give me extra time to get my items as I got discharged. Just wonderful the staff worked with me. Highly recommended this place and it’s very affordable if you’re traveling on weekdays back and forth from work . Bed was comfortable very peaceful you can bring a whole family your in good hands and your also 5 mins away from the beach

Amazing Stay at The Fifth Hotel Miami Beach! We spent a week here and cannot recommend this hotel enough! The bedding was absolutely exceptional — and I'm super picky about that, so that's saying a lot. Our room had two queen beds plus two more on a loft/bunk setup (you honestly can't tell from the photos!), comfortably sleeping up to 8 people. The location is unbeatable: South Beach in under 5 minutes, the beach just as close, South Pointe right around the corner, and Ocean Drive literally 2 minutes away. The neighborhood is calm, upscale, and just a joy to walk around in. Don't even bother looking elsewhere for parking — just use the hotel's own lot, it's close by and reasonably priced. At the front desk area, you've got access to a coffee maker, kettle, and microwave, plus a dining area to enjoy your meals. They even provide beach towels, so no need to pack your own! The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful, including the manager, who always went above and beyond. Special shoutout to Pierre at the front desk — always smiling, always ready to help. Fresh towels were provided daily on request too.We had the best vacation here. Honestly our only complaint is that this gem doesn't have more visibility on Booking or Hotels.com — it totally deserves it. Hands down the best value for money you'll find. Highly, highly recommend! 🌴☀️

My family's stay at The Fifth Hotel was nice. I appreciated the clean and nicely decorated lobby. The rooms were mainly clean and comfortable. The four full-sized beds in the bunk-bed layout was something new for us and so cool! Everyone had their own space and the mattresses were so comfortable. The bathroom was cozy and the shower was hot, which was great! The towels and washcloths could definitely be upgraded to softer material (previous guests hair should definitely be removed from the linens). Overall the room was clean and comfortable. The beach was about a 5 minute walk. There were so many convenient stores about 1-2 blocks away from the hotel and many restaurants to choose from. The owner of the property also reached out via text message and phone call to see how the stay was for our family. Thank you for that personal touch! I would definitely recommend The Fifth Hotel and I would definitely visit this property again while in South Beach. Thank you again!

If this hotel were any closer to the beach, I would have needed a snorkel just to check in. The location on Collins Avenue is so prime that I felt like I should be paying rent directly to the Atlantic Ocean. ​Here is the breakdown of why I’m currently looking for legal loopholes to stay here forever: ​The Vibe: The hotel is so clean and beautiful that I felt guilty for bringing in a single grain of sand. It’s sleek, modern, and looks like it belongs in a high-budget music video. ​The Access: Getting from the street to the room was easier than getting into sweatpants after a holiday dinner. No "Indiana Jones" puzzles or maze-like hallways to find the elevator—just pure, effortless logic. ​The Beds: I am 90% sure these beds are made of marshmallow-infused clouds. Waking up to an alarm felt like a personal insult from the universe. I considered declaring the bed its own sovereign nation and never leaving. ​Beach Luxury: Usually, going to the beach involves me looking like a pack mule, dragging chairs and umbrellas through the sand while questioning my life choices. Here? They just hand you the towels, umbrellas, and chairs. I felt like royalty; I half-expected someone to start fanning me with a palm leaf. ​The Staff: Everyone was incredibly nice. The manager was so kind and professional that I started wondering if I was accidentally related to them and just didn't know it yet. ​We are coming back for sure. Thank you for making our holiday feel like a total breeze. 10/10

The room was very clean and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. I know that the property description mentions that that it is a historic boutique hotel; however, I did not know what that exactly meant. The floor in our room was noticeably slanting down. There wasn’t a television or clock. There wasn’t even a tissue box. From what I could tell, there were only five parking spaces for the hotel. We were in town during a World Cup game, so every public parking place was expensive and crowded. We spent northwards of $50 for street parking and that was with us starting at 4:00 PM and leaving before 8:00 AM. All that said, the walk to the beach was short and we felt safe. Most of my children loved this hotel for its character, charm, and unique bunk beds. The lobby has comfortable seating and board games available, which we used. We are open to staying there again, knowing what to expect.

The entire self check-in process was seamless thanks to the great communication by hotel staff. The property and room were very clean and well-maintained. The beach was just a 2 minute walk and the parking was maybe 5 minute walk. AWESOME! The only two things I would say are a mini fridge and a TV, even a small 32in mounted on the wall in the room would have been excellent. With the heat and humidity in Miami, it was disappointing not to be able to keep bottles of water cold to drink while in the room. Please consider this. Overall however, my sons and I were very happy with our stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you to the staff for a job well done.
