They treat each customer with respect & kindness. 10/10 would recommend. However, 508A had some plumbing issues & we’d to call for maintenance. Overall great stay.

Convenient location
This is a great base for a few days. Good restaurants around, small private beach, pool is wonderful, ocean view rooms are nice to relax. The front desk and coffee shop staff could definitely improve customer service. We had someone send us flowers in a bottle of champagne… The flowers were there for over 24 hours before they contacted us. We pick them up, and half an hour later our door went and they realize the bottle of champagne went with it. We felt terrible as we were delayed and thanking the people who sent it to us didn’t seem to care that it was sitting over 24 hours. It was the one front desk girl that told us they actually arrived yesterday afternoon. The coffee shop is good, but the staff are not friendly… I will say the grounds crew, security people are lovely. All with a warm smile and willing to help. We have been to SXM a few times, so this was the base prior to going to Anguilla. We didn’t have to rent a car as we enjoyed what was conveniently located around us is essentially located to explore the island.

This property is in an excellent area for anyone who likes to have lots of dining options. It is a bit busier than other places on the island but the resort is quiet. The gym is excellent although over the cardio machines they could use some more fans found that area warm. Lots of choices of equipment though. Out of all the staff the gentlemen that worked there was the only one who seemed grumpy don’t think I saw him smile once. There should be clearer directions on which beach and beach chairs are the resorts the map they give you is a little confusing. The one beach you do have to pay for loungers and umbrellas so just a heads up on that . Otherwise it’s a lovely place, bigger than other spots but clean and had a great view of the bay .

Loved our stay here. Walkable to several restaurants/bars. Only issues were there was not enough staff to handle the volume of traffic for check in. Wait was longer than it should be. Our room was great with the exception of the noise coming from the air conditioner. They attempted to fix 3 times but came back each time.
