All meals were delicious 4.Enjoyed the balcony suite with pyramid views Cons: 1.Some items on menu were not available 2. The tub is a beautiful addition to have in the suite, but the water only gets lukewarm, not hot at all like the shower in the bathroom. After an all day safari, I wanted to soak my muscles, but could not take a bath as the water would be cold, by the time it would be filled."

"Location is simply unbeatable, with the hotel entrance right in front of the ticket office for the Pyramids. The views are absolutely breathtaking, both from the terrace and from the rooms overlooking the Pyramids. Waking up to such a view is an experience in itself! The hotel is clean, comfortable, and welcoming, with particularly comfortable beds. However, what truly makes this place exceptional is its people. The hospitality and kindness of every single member of staff made our stay unforgettable. A special thank you to Iman and Salma at reception, Amira from housekeeping, Mohammed from the breakfast team, the Dr Shisha, and Mustafa, Ahmed and Ali from the restaurant team. Wish we had had enough time to get everyone's names because they all deserve recognition. They went above and beyond to make my mum’s birthday trip unforgettable. Their genuine care and attention made us feel so welcome that we really didn’t want to leave. I must also mention the lovely cats around the terrace! They added an extra touch of charm to an already magical experience. The funny thing is that we initially came to explore Egypt, but now, if we return to discover more of this beautiful country, we would happily come back just to stay at this hotel again! I have stayed in many hotels, but this one has genuinely stolen my heart. The views may bring you here, but the people will make you want to stay.
