Whoa, perfect!
I almost have reservations in saying how much I enjoyed this place for fear of everyone knowing how perfect it is. Greeted with respect, kindness, and customer service. The restaurant was amazing, and Xanessa is a phenomenal waitress. The room...perfection. It was so different and inviting. We loved this place, thank you so much!

Impeccable property in Cottonwood.
This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at (if not the best). It has a great location in downtown Cottonwood, is very clean and spacious and close to restaurants and shopping. Everything was just perfect

Shower needs a new shower head
The room was very nice. The only improvement I. Can think of is the shower head it’s high and same. Such a beautiful bathroom should have at least a shower head with a detachable handle to bring the water closer the head and body.

Great Place. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.
Excellent Location. Right in downtown Cottonwood walking distance to so many restaurants, wineries and shopping. Super cute and super clean hotel. I would definitely recommend. (We booked last minute and got a great deal for new years…not a fan of room 110. It was loud with the mechanicals but the front desk was awesome and so accommodating they gave us ear plugs and let us use their micro as our room didn’t have one. I think it was an overflow room. They have other fantastic rooms there. But still very nice and clean. It didn’t ruin our stay at all).

Hotel staff was very welcoming and extremely helpful. The room was fantastic and it was within walking distance of a number of great restaurants. Our only complaint was that it was a little loud when the people above us were walking in their room due to the tile floors.
