Ao chegar ao apartamento, notei um odor muito forte de mofo. Como isso pode afetar o conforto e a habitabilidade do imóvel. Enviei msg e nada foi feito.

Total ausência de comunicação. Não houve nenhuma instrução prévia por parte do locador, mesmo pedindo suporte ao Hóteis mais de 24h antes. Apenas no dia, poucas horas antes, um número de WhatsApp passou informações gerais, mediante contato iniciado por mim, sem atendimento humano ou presencial. E, para completar, o código de acesso ao quarto só foi disponibilidade mediante solicitação por esse número, depois do horário (15h) de check-in. De ponto positivo, a localização é ótima, caso vá para o estádio do Palmeiras, e o prédio é bom.

Ausência total do anfitrião na comunicação! A cama fica no meio do quarto, com isso o travesseiro cai toda hora no chão. Chuveiro elétrico que não aquece o suficiente, sorte que peguei um dia suave. Ausência de local para comprar uma água, shampoo. Com certeza não retorno!
