8/10 Very good

Great value and in a decent location. The place was very charming and well decorated. There were some minor maintenance issues that would help to make guests' stay even better: the sink in the bathroom doesn't drain, the lock on the door outside to get out is finnicky, some of the fixtures (i.e. the toilet paper holder) fall off. It would also be recommended that they put soap and hand towels in the half bathroom. However, overall, it was really a nice stay: cozy, easy to communicate with and very good value! Would stay again!

The apartment is generally nice. A few items need repair but overall the experience was good.
