The staff was very friendly. The location was convenient to everything we wanted to see. The room was small, but ok for our needs, although the bathroom lacked privacy for two people staying together. The shower and toilet had separate stalls leading off the entryway with only frosted glass around each. We would have preferred a little more privacy.

Located walking distance to MRT and two stops away from Bayfront to access Gardens by the Bay and Marina Bay Sands.

Excellent stay.
Loft room was fabulous & bed was so comfortable.
Housekeeping great. Concierge was very helpful.
Pool a great addition in the Singapore weather - could just do with checking towels more often as had to ask 2 days for one (down to reception) as all been used.
Would highly recommend & will stay again on my way from the UK to Sydney.

Friendly staff, great service. We got upgraded to the bigger loft which was nice :) cant fault anything except the aircon was not working too well and it got hot during the night. Highly recommend

I stayed two nights at this hotel. The facility, accommodations, and food provided good value for the cost. It's close to public transportation, mall, restaurants, and attractions. The only complaint was the front desk staff lacked a personal touch.

This hotel was great. There was great staff who were always smiling and helping a great lounge area and the rooms were nice and comfortable. The rooms are a bit smaller than expected but that is perfectly fine because we didn’t spend a lot of our time in the room. Room service was very fast and clean with our rooms and if we walked by them when they were cleaning another room they would always smile and greet us. This hotel has a perfect location right next to a bunch of shops like the Bugis junction and Bugis street. It was a great stay for my boyfriend and I.

My Mum and I got exactly what we needed from this stay. A clean and quiet hotel with comfortable beds and a good shower. It is a little further from the airport than most for a short stopover stay, but it was well worth it because we got onto our next flight refreshed and happy.

Appreciate the environmental friendly measure
The hotel is located in a very convenient place with shopping mall nearby. The bedroom located in the loft which provide more space. The room provides purified drinking water which is a big plus.
