staff was ok and helpful. However, we were extremely surprised to find out just before going to bed, that there is no hot water on a freezing December night.
This forced us to accept the offer of moving to the Georgetown location in early morning..
the room lacked linens for the sofa bed, and the room also had an unpleasant musty smell.
The location in general is somewhat forlorn..
