Nothing to brag about
This room had everything I do not like about hotels. It had a blowing heater that was real strong which made it feel like it was cold air blowing. I found a blunt on the floor. I looked for it because I smelled it as soon as we walked into the room. There were ashes on the window sill showing me just how little cleaning got done in the room. The beds were hard, but the sheets were nice! The coffee pot was a Kureg with low quality coffee. The shower was nice! We rented two or the exact same room, we had a mini fridge (nice), but my other room did not. I do not like ripping on a hotel, but I can't let others who book to be as surprised as I was by booking this room based on the reviews.

A hotel
The room was small for the price in my opinion. There was no fridge in the room when I got there and I had to ask for you. The TV was having display issues and the picture was dim and washed out looking. The mattress was not comfortable and left me with joint pain. Also, the bedside clock was not set when we got there. For the price that we paid these are things that I think should have been taken care of before we got there.

Good stay with a few things wrong
We stayed one night. Overall room was nice and we have enjoyed our stays here. But there wasn’t any seating other than the beds. We didn’t have a desk chair or regular chairs. Also our phone didn’t work and there wasn’t a blow dryer. There was a bit dried area of liquid on the window seal that I accidentally put my hand into. Front desk folks are always great but do t like the $100 incidental fee…a tad much

Have stayed at this hotel numerous times. The condition of this hotel appears to be deteriorating. Our room had wallpaper falling off the wall, a patched area on the ceiling that appeared to be a former leak in the ceiling and peeling paint. We have enjoyed this hotel in the past. Not sure about it going forward.

The shawer floor was noy very clean and the hot water was not hot enough. The outlet for the coffee maker was not working. The lights at each side of the bed had one switch for both lights. the staff here were all great and really added to our experience. Aaliyah the bartender and Reggie were so kind and helpful. they happily reopened the bar for us after just closing! nice clean rooms and in an area that is not over crowded and has lots of parking. this is not walking distance to downtown but not to far of a drive. we love Pittsburgh and will be back

Not what is described
When I booked and checked in, I was told that there would be breakfast served. Saturday morning there was no breakfast Sunday morning. There was no breakfast. I went out and got my own food. Came back check out wasn’t until 11 1030 I was locked out of my room. I asked the girl at the front desk. She had an attitude like I was bothering her after two attempts to get in the room she had to come in let me in. I’m not sure what the disconnected but but you charged is definitely not what you delivered.
