The hotel was on a good deal. As a gold member on a quiet, booking wise day, i would have expected a free upgrade. Instead, with a hotel of free rooms we were given the smalest room possible, an ensuite not touched since the 1990's with a shower so small, i went back home instead! The doubleglazing had so much internal condendation you couldn't see out. It is easy to get return customers, just some thoughtfulness, and its easy to not only lose them, but also to have the message spread that hospitality is just not your thing, uour just a wedding venue!
