A three day business trip, I have stayed there in the past and I just find the motel convenient to access , quite location , close to restaurants etc.

Slightly above average
The room was pretty good and clean although the carpet looks like it could do with a good scrub. It was p difficult to sleep due to the quite hard bed and very hard pillow as well as light coming in around the blinds as there is no blockout curtains. Tradies leaving at 4.15am were being loud and inconsiderate.

Great place to stay
The accommodation is good. Vèry central location and alomg the riverside. The rom was good as it was spacious and clean. Safe parking on site too. I did have problems logging on to the internet using the hotel wifi. I definitely wil stay here again rhe next time.

Clean, spacious and quiet. Comfortable bed with a range of pillows to choose from. Aircon worked fine but made a screeching sound that prevented use whilst sleeping and morning shower was only luke warm - perhaps needs a few minutes to warm up.

Check-in process is easy (self serve / contactless) and the room is clean, spacious and most importantly, dog friendly. I was traveling with my dog and the room was spacious enough to put my dog bed. The bathroom had good hot shower and generally in good condition. I would definitely stay here again.

We tried to contact the hotel on the number provided just after 6.00 pm several times as we had not received the PIN code to collect the after hours key from the Key safe. Numerous calls made and not returned. It took several more calls once we arrived to sort the access out. Further the Country code was needed on my mobile to received the code. This was not made clear at all and my mobile is in my Hotel.com contacts. The lights outside are very bright resulting in the blinds not blocking out enough light.. result poor sleep.

Floor Drain in shower not flowing correctly, had Floor mat Outside Shower and water from shower just Flowed straight Floor matt. Looks like attempt made to do nice Tiling but Fall not correct. Water also leaking from above Shower head. Water also hitting Window and Splashing over Toilet. Room looks clean apart from small mouldy section in Shower on Glass Bracket. Still yet to sleep in bed but Noticed these items first.
