Customer Service
This was my first stay at the hotel. I was pleased with the room and hotel surroundings. I was under the impression my booking was for an ocean view room, however, that was not the case. The front desk representative at check in provided great customer service. Sadly, she was the only representative I felt was accommodating and kind. I did not receive the same kind, attentive customer service from the remainder of the staff. In some cases, when I was walking around the hotel I was not even greeted with a warm smile.
