I asked for a non smoking but the room smelled like smoke. Staff was rude. It' smelled like Marijuana. It was a dump.

It was tolerable. I had 2 different rooms and the bed in each one had dips(sink holes) on each side. The pillows are extremly flat and small. I asked for more and never recived them. The ftont desk staff was kind. I reported an issue with my first room and they immediately offered to switch my room. The linen and towrls could be cleaned 100 % better!!!

The kitchenette was not equipped with any dishes, pots, pans, or utensils. I had to buy everything there, and I wish I had known beforehand. The mattress was horrible, and we could feel the springs in the center of the bed. Did not sleep well at all and experienced back pain. Will not stay there again.

You get what you pay for. The room was very cheap. The location very convenient to the airport. Clean room, nice staff, and easy to get to from the highway. The room was dated with minimal furniture and decorations. The door had some holes in it that had tape over to prevent people from looking in from the outside. The bed was ok and the towels were clean. The floor had a good 6 inches of slope between the door and bed but didn’t bother me, I got there late and woke up early to catch a flight.

Kitchenette with no cups,glasses,plates. No shampoo offered. I have never stayed somewhere that did not have complementary shampoo , body wash. A toilet plunger was laying on the ground by the pool. Some rooms were being occupied by people living there. Holes in curtain that light was coming through

Kept having to ask for room service to come by and give me the things I needed and the pool was always dirty, i would have to clean it before my kids could get in. Has roaches running around in the cabinets. Definitely not worth $507 a week

We entered the room and I knew immediately that I couldn’t stay in the room. We left our card and went and found another hotel. I guess I should have recognized by the price of the room what I was getting into. Never again will I make that mistake!

Customer service at check-in and check-out was great — everyone at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the room itself really needs some attention. There was a half-drunk beer still left in the fridge, the bathroom sink was leaking so badly it left a puddle all over the floor, and the front door didn’t close all the way — there was a visible gap in the frame where bugs could easily get in. The AC barely worked, and the sink in the kitchenette was completely clogged with standing water. Definitely appreciate the staff’s kindness, but the room condition could use a lot of improvement.
