Really good size room, shower was awkward to get into & extremely small for the size of bathroom & room. Mattress was so soft you could feel the springs. The check out was appalling, could not refund the bond as she was new & had to wait for her manager to come on duty that night. Beware!! Not professional in any way & Car parking is not free! The free had been taped over with masking tape!

Disappointing on many fronts.
Pretty average at best. Paid extra for breakfast through and then were told by the hotel that it was a "continental" only which was free with every room. Paid again for eggs benedict which took 40 mins to serve and was very disappointing. Stairs at the entrance not very useful for people with suitcases... ramp access, only if you have a key card? The large suite we booked had a lovely coffee machine... no coffee for it though. Sadly the bed was soggy and uncomfortable. Clock radio with iPhone plug didn't work. Sofa was stained and drawn on. As gold members we are allowed an extra 2 hours for checkout, unfortunately we had to argue with the staff that they were not to charge us an extra $30 for one of the two hours. Pretty disappointing all around. I'd say you get what you pay for but we paid Hotel prices for this room... it was large I have to admit... Not quite a silver lining. Bottom line, don't stay here, there are better options available. We wont be back.

Poor service. Waited while reception mucked around in back office for ages. Then vaccine pass app was not working then We were on floor 3 but no lift for suitcases and no interest in helping me. I am in my 60s with an injured back.

Good value accommodation close to SH1 and Newmarket. Relatively quiet and comfortable. Would recommend.
