Absolute Disaster
The management company Totalstay, informed me two hours before check in that they had double booked accommodation. After many hours of trouble they offer me similar accommodation for 6 of the 9 days booked. I needed to move to a busy and noisy main road for last three days.
The apartment position is great, pity I could not experience it.
After complaining to Expedia, they came back and said tough luck no compensation. Appears Expedia does not take any resposibility for providing the accommodation booked through them.
Sucks! Avoid any dealings with Totalstay in Cape Town at all costs; totally incompetent.
