Very friendly staff, smaller room, but we stayed for one night only and were looking for place to sleep, not resort like amenities. Very cosy, on a Canal, ideal start point to explore the city on foot or by boat. Close enough to transportation options for getting out of the city. Super comfortable bed and old world charm. Bed cover showed a bit of age, but linen was impeccable. Great value for money. We arrived without pets, but great feature it is pet friendly, yet very clean.
