Love staying at this hotel! Location is great for buses to and from the airport. Easy to walk downtown and to several restaurants enroute. Great workout facility and breakfast. Nice rooms and friendly staff.

Highly recommend
Hotel is central & within walking distance to Princess street. We felt very reassured staying here with the current pandemic. Breakfast was delivered to your rooms. Rooms were very clean & spacious. Staff were very helpful, especially the night staff, Marie & her night team were rushed off their feet but made you feel very welcome. Definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel&staff-brkfast provision disappointing
Room spotless staff very friendly, lovely modern hotel. Unfortunately the breakfast system is not working. I am fully sympathetic and understanding with the current restrictions and situation with COVID19. I understand the staff are under pressure and made it very clear i understood the dynamics. However the inability to provide the breakfast service that is included in the room charge. Contacted reception almost an hour after choosen breakfast booking time of 9.30am-met with profuse apologies that couldn't guarantee when we would receive breakfast. Checkout time was 12,this was communicated to me at10.30. Had a very hungry 14 year old with me. Our morning plans were flipped upside down with this, we had to make a last minute booking somewhere else and rush to checkout on time. This resulted in us having a food booking elsewhere at 12.30,having not eaten all morning. Having worked in hospitality and retail for many years i sympathise greatly and made this clear to staff. I do however think i should be recompensed to some degree if the cost of our breakfasts were included in our room charge price but we never received breakfast due to hotel's inability to provide.

Not a manager in sight!
We had to do a staycation, due to the change in isolation coming back from Austria. Two weeks five hotels. This is the one we would never return to. Poor service. Poor attitude and a distinct lack of management. I know we are in difficult times. Ive only ever left two bad reviews in 40 countries. The stay at this hotel was very poor to say the least. Parking £14 for 24 hours, but everytime we left, they sild it to someone else. People used others spaces, because they did this to mumerous guests. The changed breakfast to putting it outside the door in a bag. Well, on day one they did. Day three i didnt meet anyone that got a breakfast. All who had rung reception several times...with different excuses. A line of checking out longer than ive ever seen.Complaints and a poor, young girl on her own, appologising to every guest....not a manager in sight. Management decision to remove breakfast by an ill informed decision maker ( blaming government restrictions) each subsequent hotel provided breakfast, taking adequate precautions. I cannot see me ever using Hilton in the future. A reputation tarnished. Yet, so many other hotel chains have been outstanding! Everythong felt like cost cutting...not safety!
