The room was not clean there was spider webs on the wall and a roach in the bathroom the brick steps are broken and dog poop surrounded the outside gates i thought this was a hotel but its just a house converted to a hotel its. Not worth the money i pay for it

Lovely house. The outdoor porch area was very nice and the room itself was lovely. Only real complaints were that the A/C unit in our room was very loud and the shower never really got hot.

Make sure hot water is fixed - get remodeled unit
The location and the house itself were great. The room we got was not renovated like all the pictures online were. We had very little hot water which was the main problem with the unit. We were there for 3 nights and the hot water was never repaired and we were told they were having problems with hiring people..not our problem. We just wanted a hot shower. We had to fight to get a refund which we got $150 after having to remind them several times that they agreed to refund us.

Nice place to stay in NOLA. Far enough away from the French Quarter to be nice and quiet but close enough to get there with a nice ride on the trolly that runs right in front of the property.

Good location. The tram is right there. The building is older. Our room had a few soft spots in the floor that felt like you were going to step through it. The floors were not very clean. Beds were comfortable. I'd stay here again.
