Excellent Hotel
Excellent service and room. Clean and tidy with kind staff. The room was well maintained and clean, with a particually smart and modern bathroom. Comfortable bed and good views of the Gherkin over the top of the buildings. Theres a tube station literally next door to the hotel which allows quick access to the Circle and Metropolitan lines. Overall excellent stay.

A nice stay, not as luxurious as we thought when booking, room small but clean and very comfy bed, bathroom really lovely. Staff friendly, but disappointed not to be able to go to the rooftop bar at 9.30pm due to it being full, would have thought guests staying would be accommodated.

Superb hotel, with great views!
My wife and I visited for my wifes birthday, we arrived early and they allowed us to store our bags at the hotel until check in time. Once we checked in we were given a bottle of wine at reception which was a lovely treat. Our room was beautiful, modern and sleek design and the king bed was so comfortable. I cannot fault this hotel, service and stay was excellent and would definitely stay again!

Great stay
Lovely modern clean hotel with a friendly staff team who were approachable and willing to help with anything to make our staff better. Room was modern and had good conveniences and was very clean. The only small issue was the room was very warm, and the air con didn’t seem to work but other than that an excellent stay.

Nice hotel - shame about the fire alarms at night
Hotel was nice and clean. Decent location having stayed here several times before was a default pick for me. The fire alarms were set of multiple times overnight at 3:38am and then again later. This meant I didn’t get any further sleep no apologise, acknowledgment or discount were offered when I checked out despite raising this issue

Great value in a great location
Hotel Saint was excellent, right beside Aldgate tube station & a 10 minute stroll to Liverpool Street. The room was clean & well equipped with an excellent walk in shower. We didn't eat in the hotel as there are so many other options (try Duck & Waffle for breakfast with incredible views) We got a great deal with Hotels.com & would definitely recommend to others.
