It's all about location I guess

Location is excellent. But curtains were torn and shower drained into bathroom si ce there was nothing to stop the water under the door. Used 3 towels to mop floor everytime someone showered. Asked for some replacements but they never came. Had fire alarm go off and other questions, but there was no one onsite for 5 or more hours in day.

Not recommended at all

The Property is close to Eiffel Tower and other places in center of Paris, but the service in this property was awful. Also, there was guy from night shift talked with us badly and he was too rude in talking with us and did not corporate when we asked him about some information like WIFI and door codes, this type of people should not be in customer services, we reported him at day shift.

Great location - apartment with a few issues

Excellent location directly across the river from the eiffel tower and close to metro line 6 and several buses as well as the RER C. There seems to be a lot of construction going on at the moment July 2019 so check to see if the metro and RER are open as they were closed when we came. This is not a hotel more like serviced appartments. There is a fridge, microwave, and nespresso machine in the rooms (our coffee machine did not work). we paid for a king size bed, it was not a king size bed but was still comfortable. The bathroom sink was clogged and did not drain the 2 days we were there. These are all minor problems, but bc it is not a hotel there was no one to ask to fix them.

Brilliant hotel would highly recommend, after booking and finding out there was no front desk we was a bit worried but getting to the hotel the staff spoke brilliant English and was really helpful. The room was luxurious and very clean, so near to Eiffel Tower!

Pros: Fantastic location and the room/bathroom was just as luxurious as it looks in the pictures. Cons: They don't tell you ahead of time, but there is no front desk and you must call them ahead of time to get a code to get in. They advertise the bed as a King, but it is actually a Full. Also there was not a box spring, so it was not comfortable. Pillows were the smallest/flattest i have every used. Sink would back up with even a small flow of water. No maid service at all.

Don’t go there! Many better place in Paris

Not very clean, mold in the bathroom and very dark, when we arrive we asked to change room as we did ask for upper floor on the reservation request but our room was on the first floor. Bed with a foam mattress and very bad pillow. Almost every night we had to ask to restart the water heater as we didn’t have hot water. I do not recommended for that price we can have nice clean room with hot water and better light.

Upon arrival, entry to the property and room were great. cleanliness was great however a few things that i was Unimpress with. I purchased the superior suite howevwr it felt alot smaller than in the images. the bath was also quite shallow but thats not a bother. the issues we had were that we had No hot water. until we asked for hot water. The bed was also very very unstable and squeaky. and the Cleaners never cleaned the room even though we were charges for it.
