The receptionist make this property, they’re so very lovely and will assist, offer tips, provide anything you may need. The room we shared for 3 people was comfortable, and convenient. The one thing we would comment on would be the breakfast, it wasn’t the best (continental, but past 8am there’s not very much left) but still offered us some nice pastries! We would return!

La Villa del Mare was a well-maintained hotel. Breakfast was ok, the hotel is located beachfront but not all the rooms are. My room was clean and we felt safe. No parking on the premises but it is easy to find. The hotel is located in Poetto, the beach area of Cagliari. We had a nice stay, full of family memories.

This is a very nice petit hotel down on the beach! Since it is on a pedestrian road there is no parking on the facility and it is a bit challenging when you have never been there. However, after the first time it is not a big problem and we enjoyed it very much.

Such a lovely place for a really relaxing stay, would thoroughly recommend it. Its right next to the beach where there are plenty of places to eat. Staff were polite and v helpful. Only 15 mins to Cagliari by car, but easy bus route too. Lovely stay.

Lovely beach hotel
The Villa del Mare is right on Poetto beach, a few blocks from the parking lot, and right across from two excellent beach restaurants. You just walk out the gate, across a small road, and onto the beach. The owners are friendly and enthusastic, helping us arrange transport to/from the airport, rent a car, and find local sights to see, as well as selling bus tickets. Of course there are many ways to get into town, but the bus is a great trip and only ten minutes to downtown Cagliari. They provide a breakfast of delicious pastries, fruit, cheese and bread, yogurt, juices, tea, coffee, and eggs which is quite fine. The rooms are large, with comfortable beds and good showers. There is also an outside shower to rinse the sand off. We were very happy with our stay!

Suites and Apartments Hotel almost on the beach.
Clean, friendly and comfortable experience. This is a quiet and friendly 'suites and apartment' hotel run by a team as a "family business" who are all very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. There is no bar or restaurant as such but there is a large breakfast room and drinks can be provided as room service. There are bicycles, beach towels, parasols etc. to hire and tours and restaurants can be booked by the staff. There is also an offer to collect and deliver from the airport which is much cheaper than the big companies. The city of Cagliari is a 20 minute bus ride away.
