8/10 Very good

I really enjoyed my stay. I was in town for a work trip. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, the staff was incredibly nice. The breakfast was decent. The building is fairly old, and as such, things break or don't always work properly but none of that detracted from my stay. I'd happily stay here again.

Good hotel in a great location. We walked to some great restaurants and were able to bus to downtown. It's definitely dated -- the bathroom is rough with 4 people in a room! Painting was so fun, and great to have food and drinks on property. Breakfast was quite expansive --

The hotel had an ice healthy breakfast and the rate was very good for the time of year. The menu on the website for the restaurant/bar was misleading but if your not interested in that it was a good value. Bathroom in room was small but room was clean and well stocked.

The breakfast included hard boiled eggs, fruit, cheese cubes, waffle station, pastries, juice and coffee. Everything was fresh and there was plenty. The room was clean and the artistic flair throughout the property was fun. The toiletries smelled like fresh oranges and there were plenty of pillows and towels.

Facilities were old rundown staff was professional and helpful. Not sure why this hotel was rated four stars. I would give it to 2 1/2 at Best.

The hotel was affordable in a major city, Boston. The rooms were clean and spacious. They were clean every day. These folks understand “customer service”. We had a small problem which was fixed immediately. A shout out to: Jonathan, Colin, and Jennifer!
