Not a good experience! When we arrived at 10pm we were told that the hotel no longer works with Expedia so they don't have our booking. I showed them my BOOKING CONFIRMATION email from expedia but they didn't care. We had to pay $40 for a room cause it was too late to look for anything else. The next morning went to shower no running water. Took them ages to try to fix it but could so they told me I had to boil water in a kettle and wash with that!! Didn't offer any compensation and didn't even apologize! Really bad experience! Luckily only stayed one night.
