Erro na reserva
Reservei a pousada para dois dias, chegando la fui informado pelo recepcionista que nao existia nenhuma reserva em meu nome, o que segundo informaçao dele ,nao era o primeiro cliente do hoteis.com que acontecia isso naquele dia, e colocou a culpa no site, mas como eles tem um parceria (me parece que e do mesmo dono) com uma pousada que fica a 100 m da pousada dos atobas fui alocado rapidamente nessa pousada, ou seja tivemos problemas sim mas foram resolvidos rapidamente e com cordialidade do recepcionista.
