Breakfast and parking prices here are insanely high! The staff was friendly but I’ve had much better amenities and comfort in cheaper hotels. I thought it would be nice to treat my wife and myself to an upper class hotel but the way all the services and charges were added makes me think my future stats will be at more economical places that offer things like free breakfast and free parking and real coffee pots and microwaves in the room.

My toilet was clogged when I arrived and although staff engineer was most gracious and worked hard to get it fixed after 2 flushed was clogged again - obviously was a bigger problem. I had mentioned my request to change room, that seemed not to be an option so I felt other guests must be experiencing the same!
