Terrible thing: US$9 for the water to prepare the “free” coffee.
Also, be ready to cross the entire hotel to reach the only two fountains they have for refilling the already charged “souvenir” bottle they provide.
In other terms, bring your own bottle from home and get ready to work for them.

We traveled to Houston for stockshow. We didn't know when exactly we would be showing and probably should have extended our stay sooner. However, we didn't and on the last day, they were unable to extend our reservation because they were over-booked. The manager was pretty rude about it. Didn't offer any other help. I felt like what would have been a nice stay, left a bitter taste in my mouth.
