We stayed for 4 nights as a family of 4, the room was very comfortable and cleaned daily, with shower gels, shampoos, etc replenished too. Tram stop is right outside so very convenient for getting into the centre. It is also very walkable to most of the sights too, about 10-15 minutes. We had breakfast at the hotel each morning, and there was plenty option. There is a mini bar, and kettle for tea and coffee in the room. The staff were very helpful when we needed anything.

Great location and smart hotel, just missing a bar
Loved the hotel. Location great. Easy walking distance from all sites, bars and restaurants. The only thing missing, considering this is classed as a 5* hotel is a hotel bar. There was an adjoining restaurant, but it was very much detached from the hotel. It wasn’t conducive to just ‘meeting up in the hotel bar’.

There is just a small car elevator to the car park, fee is 35euro/night, however my Tesla did not fit so I could not park in the car park and had to find parking on the street. It was terrible… the car was vandalized overnight… it is not a save environment at night and the hotel parking was not usable…

Walls are quiet thin. Gym nothing to write home about if you’ll be staying for a while. Staff left drinks/snacks in the room that apparently weren’t inclusive. Other than that, a decent place, good location relative to city centre.

Nice stay in reasonable value
The hotel it is in a good spot to walk around Prague, walking distance from Old Town and malls where you can find fast food from chains but nothing really loval. The staff were friendly helpful (Rina was amazing) and you can ask them for suggestions. There is also a luggage storage available. The room wasn't so big but enough for us. It was clean expecially the bathroom. There is a big screen, air conditioning and toiletries available. Restaurant is based on the ground floor but there is no room service. We didn't try the food. Not far from the underground but we used a taxi. The price was reasonable and overall it is not a bad choice especially if you are willing ti explore the beautiful city of Prague.

I found the room to be nice, but they clearly haven’t been vacuuming. I looked under the bed and found giant dust bunnies, socks that weren’t mine, and some paper trash. The blinds are not blackout. Front desk staff were very nice. Breakfast was ok but was hoping for better. I don’t think I’d stay here. It was disappointing.
