The check in process because your website did not disclose that there would be an exorbinet hold on my credit card and your APP said there was free on site parking and there is not and you said on your web site that check in is at 3pm and it is not it is at 4pm You are not honest Hotels.com and I will never use you again

Great location close to Central Park and major midtown sights with subway options nearby. Local supermarkets close by.
We loved our 2 room 2 bathroom apartment - very handy for a family of 4. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. We also utilised the kitchenette fully. Staff were accommodating. Didn’t have much chance to visit the lounge but breakfast was available for a fee. Would definitely stay again.
