"This is a beautiful hotel that is super clean and beautifully maintained. The apartment was perfect for our family of 4 with a separate room for the kids, a kitchenette, a clean bathroom and a balcony. We were only there for 6 days which was perfect. Buffet is fantastic with so much choice and themed days. The staff are AMAZING! So helpful, kind and willing to go the extra mile. There's also a mini disco, snack bar, arcade room, basketball court, great sized pool

"Staff was super pleasant! Room was updated and spacious. The shower has no door and water spilled into the bathroom, as drain was slow. We saw a few ants but nothing major. The AC was not very strong. The breakfast was good with continental offering but they made bacon and eggs when requested. Quiet dead end street but shops/restaurants were only 15min walk! Beach was a quick trip down the stairs. Overall a wonderful stay, would recommend. "

"Stayed May 24, for 3 nights, had a great time so booked a 4 day trip July 25. The rooms are never available before 2pm so always hectic if you want to check in then. Stayed in room 305 with balcony overlooking the marina. Lovely room. Had an issue with the door not shutting without slamming. On one occasion we returned to our room approx 3:30pm and found the maid had not shut the door properly! Not great really!! "We chose this hotel due to proximity, as we arrived by train, and wanted to be able to walk everywhere downtown. We were fortunate to stay at this modern, clean, bright property for 5 nights. We checked in with super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. Each day we passed through the lobby multiple times as we went out to explore Faro and the surrounding beautiful district.
