Nice quiet spot out of town. Lovely outdoor patio area under the walnut trees. The room #1 was small, but very clean. NOTE: this is not a B & B. It is advertised on multiple sites incorrectly. The newer owner was unwilling to adjust the price of the room which was disappointing since we booked with breakfast in mind. The room was overpriced without breakfast. The owner was not present, instructions on the property were not readily available. I'd like to emphasize the patio in the evening was wonderful.

We were greeted by the owner of the property, where we were escorted to the accompanying Sonora Desert Winery to do a tasting! The Inn is a multi-room facility with 5-6 rooms, along with a nice living area, dining room, and full kitchen for the guests use. Our room was nice, fairly new, but a bit Spartan. It included a small living space with a table and two chairs, a full bathroom with a shower, a small closet and bedroom with a queen bed. It’s not a true BnB at this time, but the winemaker, Mark, who stays in the Inn, will provide espresso coffees and a light, cooked breakfast upon request. It’s all very casual. Both evenings in our stay, we sat outside near the vineyards and enjoyed some wine and conversation with Mark and the other guests. We enjoyed our stay there. Teresa and Mark the owners just recently acquired the Inn and the winery, and are still developing the property.

The tractor was driving through the vineyard almost all night. Very noisy. Bedroom small and very hot as there was only air conditioning in the sitting room. No tv in bedroom, chairs in sitting room uncomfortable. Very friendly staff! Breakfast was basic.

I wish I could rate them on any aspect. They cancelled our reservation and while Expedia helped find another hotel, the hotel was way overpriced and nothing near to what a B&B would have offered for ambiance. But to cancel a reservation is bad business.

Over night passing though..
Very friendly host. Room nicely appointed though a touch tiny. Suggest you not take all you luggage in with you.. A wine tasting facility next door to sample their product.. All pleasant wine. Breakfast was basic fare.. cereals, breads. something for most everyone. Very close to Osoyoos to prowl..

Nice location within the winery. The owners were very friendly and welcoming and the variety of items for breakfast was nice. The room was small but clean. There was not trash bin in the room and despite a window screen a lot of bugs got into the room at night. The shower facility was very large and nice but shared. The jack and Jill bathroom between two rooms could be a little inconvenient as you had to knock to ensure no one else was using it but otherwise a nice B and B. Would definitely stay again
