The thermostat in the room was not working and we were told by the front desk (great service) that they would contact maintenance but no one came so we had to switch rooms. We Also had to ask for room service for clean towels more than once.

Hilton Garden Reagan Crystal City
There is some street construction around the area but getting around is still not an issue. Parking is not easy at this time in Arlington but the hotel offered parking at $42. I opted for paid street parking, which also has limits. Check the local Arlington County government site for more information on parking. This is critical to a seamless parking experience. The check-in was seamless and the desk representatives were very polite. The room was clean and in proper order. There is a restaurant on site. Uber service was fast in the area.
