Good for one night
Comfortable bed and great water pressure. Paid $50 for "valet" parking (not like this was a huge place)plus tax and fee $62. Outdated but comfortable enough for a night stay.
Walls are thin, could here room next door talking and lady crying 1:45am...not good. Outside it tremendously outdated and outer walls are cracked and coming apart. Needs major repairs.

horrible
roaches on wall and floor which i have pictures of, tv was not working, no hot water for shower, just lukewarm and had to pay for parking that was never stated at front desk when i asked about it. IT WAS HORRIBLE!!! I had been to LaQuinta's before and never had an issue. This LaQuinta was 1 of a kind for sure. Just not the kind you want.

Disappointed
Water turned so low, toilet would not flush in first assigned room. Was moved to a different room for second and third night, and hair dryer did not work in that room. Parking was charged separately and was quite confusing as desk clerk kept sending everyone outside to meet Conner but Conner was nowhere to be found. Not the level of service typically received at a La Quinta. Location was great! Could walk to restaurants and Capital building.

Main issues were: noise from other people and a little from the construction; big gap around door allowed sound to enter. Small issue with with some tiny bits of trash in bathroom floor. Paint splatters and nail polish on sink are fixable issues that would improve impressions.

Horrible Hotel
the condition of the hotel was horrible. The toilet was clogged when we got there, the bathtub had a matt glued on it so you could not see how stained it was. I would never recommend you to anyone and will never stay there again.

Disappointed in condition of hotel
The physical condition of the room was extremely in poor condition in comparison to other La Quinta rooms which I have stayed. The hotel is in need of being overhauled. The bathroom was in need of being renovated.

There is no parking at the hotel unless you pay an additional $50 to valet your car.
Construction going on at the motel. Ice machines only on 1st floor. Room was super dirty. Carpet had not been vacuumed and the vents to the AC were black. Sink in restroom was clogged. The faucet was broken in shower. Very minimal towels and toiletries. Thankfully brought our own Lysol wipes to tidy up the room. Lots of noise from the area. There was cars racing up and down the road and ambulance or cop sirens all night. Lots of loud people at the hotel. Breakfast was not that great. Minimal options.
One plus was the check in staff was very friendly and accommodating. Valet person was super friendly.
It was only one night so toughed it out but highly recommend not to stay here.

The room was in horrendous shape especially the bathroom. Construction dust and bugs in bathroom. Nasty carpeting. Three people were in the room and only two bath towels. Tried calling front desk got no answer. I’ve stayed at la Quinta before no problem. This one should be torn down and start over. Nasty elevator also.

The hotel is falling apart. The bath room was dirty. The parking lot is from a horror movie. The breakfast was poor compare to La Quinta standards.

The location is in the process of being renovated. I believe my room was recently painted with perhaps a future goal of having the floors replaced because my room smelled of paint and there was paint on the floor. The main issue was the toilet seat was not bolted on the toilet. I reported this and felt as if I inconvenienced the staff by reporting it. In her defense, she offered to move me to another room but from my perspective, what that sounded like was that I was still going to a subpar room with the potential of a working toilet (while I was speaking to the desk, another guest was asking for a plunger) Also, if my toilet seat was broken why was that not communicated to maintenance when my room was cleaned? (Unless my room was not cleaned) This made it difficult to rest comfortably. I don't blame the staff - I hold leaders accountable, so this is on them. I did not stay overnight and drove home after my event.

Stayed for Grand Prix weekend, close to Downtown and 2 blocks from shuttle buses. It’s seen better days but everything worked. Breakfast not great, they weren’t always fully stocked with what little there was. I would stay there again as it was convenient for me.

Worst hotel ive ever stayed at
The night manager barged into our room in the middle of the night unannounced, and stood in the doorway until my friends scream scared him away. We had to change rooms 3x - there were bugs in everyone of those rooms.. The manager said she'd refund our entire stay but then only refunded on nights for our "trouble" when the night manager barged in. We would have changed hotels if prices weren't $450/night elsewhere due to a festival in town.
