DO NOT STAY HERE
Genuinely one of the worst, most underwhelming stays I have ever experienced. This was our first time staying in Niagara Falls & I can’t say that I want to go back. When we booked the hotel, it said ON SITE self-parking, which is fine. However, when we got to the hotel (just after 9PM, after driving almost 6 hours) it took over an hour for us to even be able to get in to the building. The parking lot is NOT EVEN ON SITE, it’s a half a kilometer walk away from the hotel. That was not disclosed anywhere when we booked. Not to mention it costed $45 a night for self-parking & $65 a night for valet (which is still parked in the same lot half a kilometer away). So essentially when we got to the hotel, it was late, it was chaotic (the amount of cars that were parked under the hotel awning & along the street was absurd), there was no where for us to unload our bags so we had to park on the street & haul our bags over snowbanks to get them onto the sidewalk then lug them up to our room. There were also no luggage trollies in sight (this was a recurring issue). Once we finally got to our room (over an hour after we had arrived) the room wasn’t even properly stocked with linens, there was a singular facecloth & 2 bath towels. We also had no cold water in the bathroom faucet – one side was hot & the other (which was supposed to be cold) was warm water. The next day we had booked a couples massage in the hotel spa. We booked them with Registered Massage Therapists. It

Snowy getaway
We stayed here to a quick couple’s weekend getaway. We loved that it had Morton’s onsite as well as a Starbucks. The room was very nice with a great view of the falls (stayed on the 7th floor). While the mattress could stand to be replaced, the jacuzzi and shower made up for that.

Fabulous birthday girls spa getaway!
Booked a girls spa getaway birthday trip and the hotel was amazing (always is we do this annually) they even sent a bottle of wine to the room and a decadent slice of cake. The spa is always a treat too.
