Good but not great
We arrived and followed the check in instructions, only to find out that the elevator was broken and our unit was on the 5th floor. Not ideal for someone recently recovering from knee surgery. They knew the call box to get into the building was broken and noted it so this should have been noted too. The trash hadn’t been taken out in our unit. And then the next day returning to the unit discovered the key fob battery was low in the remote so we couldn’t open the parking garage gate

One of the bathrooms smelled kind sewage, the garage door opener didn’t work very well sometimes had to wait for another person with a garage door opener to come or go. The one elevator was down 4 out of the 5 days.

The property was clean for the most part but needs some minor maintenance upkeep. Location was great! Lots of college students in the building, so it’s not always super quiet. The building itself needs maintenance, tidying up. Especially pool area, pool chairs are old and grungy. Overall it was a good stay and would stay again.

Very nice. The only television is located in living room. Each bedroom should have a television suggest a Roku TV. Received an email about noise not sure why we received this email. Our age group is 50 we got up early cook breakfast and was talking in normal voice. The location is quiet and that’s what we loved.

Once we made it inside our room, it was wonderful. The ac was on (a huge plus in Texas heat), the rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. Getting to the main entrance and inside were a nightmare. Entrance is on backside of building, several keypads/codes needed just to get to the elevator, which then has another code to enter before you can even push the call button. The exterior building has little to no signage, but a lot of doors. It’s very confusing to go from room to car and vice versa. Zero onsite staff, actually saw almost no people at all. Cannot enter property from parking garage, at least not that I could find. Customer service is not onsite or really even aware of actual layout/appearance of building. They were kind and tried to be helpful, but their knowledge is limited. SO MANY CODES. The virtual aspect is what appealed to me initially, and I consider myself pretty tech savvy, but i was very frustrated by the end of it all. Room was great, it was very close to where we were visiting, but I’m not sure we will stay there again. Too much hassle for the price. Almost too much for ANY price.

This place looked like a really nice place and great location but once we checked in i realized that they charged my card a second time for $250 when the booking was only $134, then once inside of the unit the couch clearly had bodily fluids all over it and bath tub was filthy. We would never stay here again…

Nightmare stay, they only care about the money
Terrible service, poor management, they towed my vehicle from the parking lot that belongs to the hotel and I have to pay a lot of money to get it back. Pool area impossible to be there loud music and weed smoking , the loud music passing 1:00am, you can’t open your balcony, because of the strong odor of the marihuana.
