The highlight of the room was the tub. But the price it wasn’t worth it. The film over the window in the bathroom was peeling off. Anyone could have been looking in. The bed felt like it was going to break with every move. We had to pay extra for parking even though we paid a ridiculous amount for the room and there wasn’t any spaces when we left and came back.. Although they advertised parking for just anyone still.. Perhaps they need to make sure guests have parking before selling extra spots that they don’t have. The room is in severe need of renovations, especially the bathroom. With the amount that they rent these rooms for it should be done.. They definitely make enough money

I stayed at the Ritz for the Convention this weekend. It was a 10 min walk and so many restaurants in the immediate area. My car was safely parked on the property and the room was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and easy to talk to. Thank you so much!

The hotel is tired. There was what appeared to be black mold in the bathroom. The film on the bathroom window had been warn away in spots which would allow someone to look into the bathroom.

First I was given another family’s room key, I walked in and gave everyone including myself a heart attack. I’m just lucky none of us were kidnappers or traffickers! Then was given the key to a much worse for wear room. The dresser drawers were broken and fell off when you touch them. The door looked as though it had been kicked in a few times. As well as there was a wasp infestation in the room next to me so they kept getting into my room. It’s in need of major repairs and updating. Rusty baseboard heaters and moulding in the windows and bathroom tiles. The carpet out front is ripped and disintegrated same as the ashtray’s out front each room. Mine had a giant hole in the bottom. The stairs to get up to the second floor are slippery and rusty. This could be a one off but there was also 2 very large spiders in my room as well. On the plus side the bed isn’t too bad it was actually pretty comfortable. It’s in a great location but not worth the price $260 for 2 nights plus a $200 cash deposit…. For $40 more go stay at the oaks! A million times safer!

Great location close to the horseshoe falls— just take Murrey street to the falls or the $3.50 trolley down. Not too close to the Niagara Falls busy entertainment streets but not far either if you like to walk. Otherwise. A few minutes (expensive) Uber. Area ~ was questionable even in the 1-2 blocks walk from the busy street. People talking loudly right outside our room in late hours .. and loud cars parking there. Otherwise a very nice stay in a very very old and outdated room. The bed was loud and old but clean (I think). Room and washroom was clean. But again very outdated, felt like a Bates Motel room. Jacuzzi was very nice though, no problem with anything in the room. Very expensive. $20 extra for late check out. Key is needed, no room card.

The property’s price was amazing for its location to the falls. There was two bed type bugs in our bed so take that as you will. The place was tidy though floors were actually dirty. The man running the place was very nice and somewhat helpful for area information. If my wife had of been on this trip with me and my two sons, we would have never stayed there.

It is located right where the quiet residential area starts but a 3 minute walk from so many attractions. Close to the falls. Quiet as well as its concrete walls and ceiling between units. It’s not designed to be beautiful on its own but it’s very efficient, great fridge, comfy bed, amazing shower pressure. Super clean.
