I had no issues staying at this hotel; for 9nights I had nothing but peace and quiet.. My room was a bit small but it was very comfortable, talk about the bed I must say my sleep was very restful.. staff were very helpful and attentive. The only upgrade I recommend is maybe a restaurant for dinner, had to explore the city for food. I highly recommend this hotel also I would repeat my stay at Pianoforte. The price is right..

Comfortable Stay
I stayed with my girlfriend for the weekend, and it was a very pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable. The location and nearby facilities were excellent, and the hotel amenities were also impressive. The room service and restaurant were quite satisfying as well. However, if you’re traveling by car, be aware that finding parking can be challenging.

Super expérience dans cet hotel, beaucoup de boutiques à proximité (boutiques, bureau de change, coffe Shop etc). Le personnel est super gentil, accueillant, et à l’écoute. Les chambres sont propre mais je trouve qu’elles sont petites. L’arrêt de tramway est pratique mais un peu loin de l’hôtel (7 min environs) à pieds. Les endroits à visiter sont accessibles en tramway et pas super loin.

Over 1 hr delay to get into the room, dark hairs all over room floor, noisy rooms most definitely not sound proof, power cuts 4 to 5 times through out the second night. Breakfast! Well nothing like the images, no fresh fruit or any fruit fruit for that matter, no egg cups, fruit juice was sqaush the 1st morning, no pastries either so photos are false
