People understand customer service
We arrive too late for dinner but saw pumpkin crème brûlée on the desert menu. We went in to the restaurant and asked if we could get one of those. She arranged for that and personally brought it to our room. All that’s to say they have some great people there!

This is an amazing historic property with excellent service, beautiful surroundings and fantastic dining. The absence of an elevator and rooms on the third floor was an issue I didn't realize until we got there, so if anyone on your party has accessibility needs, advise considering this before your stay.

Historical and interesting property. Got to see some elk and deer rambling around which was nice. The dining rooms are attractive but the service is extremely slow and there are barely any vegetarian options.

Loved the property! Have been wanting to stay here and finally had the pleasure of experiencing this historic hotel. Glad I did not bring my grandkids since they would have been disappointed since the pool area was closed. Front desk person had no idea why it was not open when i asked if it was due to season or issues with it.

Tight quarters but very comfortable. We were on the 3rd floor and there wasn't an elevator so just be aware in case you aren't able to climb stairs. Dated appearance but clean. Outdoor area was amazing and that's where we spent alot of our time.

Beautiful historic property. Comfortable room. We booked here very much planning to use the hot tub to relax. It has been closed for weeks, we were told. We went to have a light dinner in the bar and were told they had stopped serving food at 5pm. We were hoping to spend a lot of chill time on property but weren't able to do so. Happy to pay more when it's worth it but I'm not sure this was.

Beautiful, charming hotel
We came for my husband’s birthday and had a beautiful time and a scrumptious meal at the restaurant downstairs. There was live music and an attentive staff at the hotel. The weather was nice and we were able to enjoy a drink on the patio. I would highly recommend this gem!

The Lodge is a great place to stay in the village. The entire staff is courteous and helpful. I wish they would have a stay and play golf package. I need to adjust with the 9000ft elevation but all turn out ok. The bar area is very nice and bartenders were excellent. Wished the pool and hot tub were open. We stayed in room 233 which was very spacious for 2. I’d definitely recommend for adults.
