Wonderful Staff!!
Sharon and one of her staff (whose name I don't recall) were absolutely excellent!!! They couldn't have been more helpful. I'm sorry I don't remember the other girl's name but when I couldn't get a cab to come and didn't have UBER, she helped get me a taxi. They both went really out of their way. I don't usually comment on staff, but their care was really really exceptional!!

The view from oceanfront room was fantastic. Front desk staffer Sharon was great —5/5. The Atlantica restaurant was not a good experience. Serving our reservation party of 14, the meals came to table 1 at a time, taking 1.5 hours to complete our dinner orders. The last to arrive was a child’s hotdog. That little girl should NOT have had to wait for the adults to be finished before she got her frank 😟

Not worth price outside of ocean
My wife and I stayed off season. December. Freezing cold. We still paid a premium for an ocean view room. They didn’t tell us there was scaffolding up blocking the ocean view. Front desk woman was terrible. She refused to have a personality. Another man was very nice. The woman was terrible. So for what we paid we got bad front desk service and a view of construction. Won’t be back.
