Great Staff and Clean, Well Maintained Property
I didn’t get any names but I spoke at some point to all front desk employees who were on duty between 3pm on 1/19 and 9am 1/21 and each of them was friendly and helpful with whatever question or concern I had. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable.

It was great but the comforter that was on the bed was so raggedy and old. Those definitely need an upgrade. Everything else was great but waking up everyday with the comforter on the floor was ridiculous. I stayed 4 days. The pool wasn’t able to be used and that was disappointing I almost left because of that. I actually would have left if I wasn’t so close to my familys house. One of the reasons I stayed there. One front desk clerk told me it would be ready to be used @ 4pm then 6 pm then not at all. Parking fee was a surprise I thought it was included but I guess not but it should specify and didn’t

Disappointed/Won't Stay There Again
There Was No Mention About A Parking Fee To Stay At Property They Don't Own. I Was Told By Their Manager That They Weren't Affiliated With Other Hampton Hotels In The Region. Had To Sign In To Use The Pool & They Didn't Have A Hot Tub/Jacuzzi. Room Was Small & Bathroom Toilet Was Behind The Door & Toilet Paper Holder Was Too Close To Toilet 😞

Rude Associate Unclear Policies
Keri ann was rude, disrespectful and not friendly or understanding. She shouldn't be at the front desk taking care or lack thereof, customers. She was not knowledgeable or articulate in regards to company policies and procedures. Parking rules should be displayed at the front desk and on third party sites, this way the customer is aware and can make a informed decision whether or not they want to patronize this location.

Overall a nice stay
A beautifully redone hotel and spacious and beds very comfy. Staff friendly but 2 issues: computers were down and checking took @ 1 hour due to the wait time. It would have been good for staff to talk to the people waiting in line to let them know the issue. Also, the hotel lobby felt like it was 80 degrees! It was cold outside but way too hot inside.
