Perfect Guest House
We stayed for 3 nights for a Christmas shopping trip, the hotel is in a perfect location very close to York Minster and with lovely bars and restaurants on the doorstep. We were met with a very warm welcome, our room was small but had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend this lovely boutique Guest House

Stay at Georgian Hotel and Mews
Staff very welcoming and helpful. The Mews room was very comfortable and the facilities were first class. The complimentary bottles of water and the small bottle of Prosecco was a nice touch. We would be keen to use this Hotel should we return to York.

Lovely Weekend
Nice and peaceful environment as our room was in the mews. Everything we needed to hand even a bottle of bubbly (nice touch) thank you. Enjoyed a good breakfast very efficient service. Look forward to coming again sometime.

The hotel was quaint with lots of character. The steps up to our room were interesting, and will be a topic of conversation for years to come. The host/owner(?) was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had everything we needed within walking distance of old York.

Lovely stay at the Georgian house. Ideally located for walking into the Minster area. The team were really friendly, the room was really clean and new and the breakfast was good. Good stay
Very pleasant rooms in a new block at the back of the building. The guy who runs it was very friendly and helpful, breakfast is worth the money if you need it in the morning, but the best thing is the location, a couple of minutes from the Minster, and having the ability to wander round the middle of York even when most people have gone home. The Taas Nepalese restaurant just over the road is really good.
