Great location near highways. Spacious, comfortable rooms. Two issues: breakfast is good, but service is spotty - unable to refresh joy items to keep up with guests arriving to eat.

Better than most but still maybe lacking attention to detail . Example : Blinds in room have dirty red splatter on them , walls have unpainted spackling or wallpaper tears …… Overall still a nice place ! Will stay again .

Staff and Facility Were Excellent
We had need to contact the hotel because of problems with Hotels.com, and they were VERY nice and responsive to us. Also, the staff and the room were A-1 in our opinion. This hotel is definitely a cut above other hotels of our traveling experience!

We were there for a funeral and we had family come over to visit us before the funeral and after the funeral. There were children running around, making a lot of noise and the staff was so accommodating to us.

Hotel could use some upgrades, and breakfast did not have many options. The location was quite nice and convenient however, as it was close Watkins Glen and other waterfalls.

All of the surfaces were streaky. Perhaps dirty cloths? Lots of hairs on the bathroom floor.
Doors close very loudly.
Appreciated having a few extra minutes to shower and gather my belongings after the Wineglass run.
