Below average hotel in great location
The Good: Great location across the street from Disney Springs. Friendly and helpful staff! The bad: Rooms are average except the beds and shower. Very small “double” beds. No way 2 people could sleep on one of the beds. The showerhead is about chin level for someone that is 6feet tall. Pool looks nice but water levels were very low (to the point that the “deep” part was waste high). We’re doing maintenance at 12-4 on a day that it was sunny and warm. Hot tub stays on for 5 minutes and water level was also low. WiFi was spotty at best. No cell reception in room The Ugly: Ground Transportation to the park has to be booked through glitchy website and not on the day of the park visit! Can not recommend and will never stay at again! Of the 4 hotels I stayed at near Disney Springs this is a distant 4th place.

Great location. Below average everything else
Overall Room was below average, small beds (not full bed as expected more like a large twin bed), shower head was about chin height (I am 6 foot 1). Terrible WiFi, sporadic cell coverage. Pool was nice but water levels were 1/2 what was shown due to maintenance being done during peak hours (12-4pm). Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Would not recommend to friends that want to stay near Disney Springs Hotel claims shuttle to Parks but only available if you book it early and use code for it to be free (other hotels nearby provide constant service to Disney parks). Not available to book on same day. Website was glitchy. I will not stay here again and can’t recommend it unless you want to stay near Disney Springs and the nearby Hilton hotels are sold out. (Yes I have stayed in 3 of the hilton hotels before and would recommend all 3 of them before this hotel). Overall very disappointed!

For a wyndham, i expected the room to better... nicer. It was very average. We were not in the tower and maybe those are nicer but the side rooms outside the tower are basic at best. Id recommend staying at a disney owned resort over this.

Wyndham resort Disney
Room was clean . But shower wouldn’t drain . Went to guest service but they said they only sell park tickets there so had to go check in counter . Told them problem and it was fixed asap . There was no coffee free in room and had to pay for it in the lobby area . Nice location for Disney parks but way outdated and rooms run down . Staff very friendly .
