The night shift woman at the desk was wonderful, a man with a beard that occasionally worked with her not so much. I forgot their names, but the woman said she was from Venuzula if that helps. She went above and beyond helping us. The room was comfy and clean, but opening the couch bed it had items underneath and the mattress was filthy, we had to close it and not use it. The other beds were clean and loved the kitchen. Bathroom was clean.

Great location, free shuttle to parks- decent breakfast. Housekeeping is garbage, took way too many times to get the maid to actually clean and still didn’t do a good job. Never got a response from Housekeeping Manager, she/he could have cared less. Not good for a #marriottbonvoy

Everything was wonderful, breakfast was more than excellent… variety, once something was finished the staff was ready to reload and was really good. The pool area is very clean, beautiful area and safe for children, the only concern was that there were 2 people smoking marihuana and I have 3 children with me, the whole area stinks of that particular odor and I’m not against to have that habit, just respect where you do it and specially if there are children. Other than that was MAGNIFICENT. Staff was absolutely kind. Thanks

Wonderful 1 night stay. Breakfast was at a great time, 7am, for our early checkout and had the best basic breakfast to omclude Waffles. Yumm! Room was clean safe and had a nice layout. Our room was like a studio style. Sofa bed not in a separate room/not sectioned off from bed. Will work for a a family of 4.
