- two large towels and a mat for the floor were the only towels provided, no small towels or face cloths
- no stand that a suitcase could be placed on, necessitating use of the bed for that purpose
- the showerhead was plced directly over the drain, thus meaning I had to stand directly on the drain or slightly to the side where there were a couple of chucks...
