The welcome to the hotel was great! I wish I knew her name, but she had Blonde hair with glasses I believe. I am not sure if that narrows it down or not. Haha but very professional. The only bad thing I would have to say is the smell of the room once you enter, to be frank it was of “feet” which I am sure is from the carpet itself. They should be thoroughly cleaned or replaced with tile or plank wood. Other than that a wonderful stay!

The hotel was clean and everything was great until i was told that when i checked out early I was unable to receive a refund for the last night of my stay. The manager said he would give me my refund but i would have to request through hotels.com there were 2 witnesses (an employee and my son), yet when Hotels.com called the hotel, they refused, and hotels.com customer service did little to help get my money back

Very convenient location when wanting to stay in the Downtown GR area as you can walk everywhere or take the hotels free shuttle service for drop off and pickup. The hotel was very clean and everyone was very kind. For a Holiday Inn I was pleasantly surprised by my experience.
