This is one of the worst hotel that I have stayed in in my entire life.
Let me start with the positive things that they have .. the room was clean and the internet was good.
The bad things:
1- although I have done an online booking, they make me wait for approximately 2 hours before checking in, to check the booking.
2- Most of those work in the reception at this hotel are not polite, untrained, and they don't know how to deal with a customer. They make me feel sick most of the time when I'm dealing with them and for no reason.
3- The left was broken down and I have to carry my own all my luggage to the upper floors since I came from a flight. And I get no assistance from the people who work in this hotel.
In short, I felt so unhappy staying in this hotel and I think I will never visited it again even if it is the only hotel in the whole world.
