The room i stayed in was large and comfortable. The hotel is back off the street in a wooded quiet area. The bed was very comfortable. I had a nice view of a garden area. I had problems with the cable tv not picking up stations. I called the desk and they gave me steps to reset it and told me that the maintenance person had left for the day. This was early in the day approx 3:00. I had to reset tv 3 times before it finally started working correctly I called the desk and informed them that a prior guest had spilled something sticky on the carpet in front of the tv and bed -an area i walked across multiple times during my stay. The desk person said they would send housekeeping up to clean it. They never did.

It was a pleasant stay. Clean, quiet. Great facility. But the front desk staff needs to have a proper attitude to fit in the position. I met two staff, both seemed to be mad.

They charged $35 extra for a couple of hours of early check in. There was a very loud movie being played every night next door, with loud conversations along with it well past midnight. It seems that the hotel staff were the ones watching the movie and keeping the volume so high!

Comfortable. Had to keep curtain's closed since room was on 1st floor next to parking lot so it was very dark. No room service but staff was nice about giving you what you needed in the lobby. Was surprised they charged for parking when it was not in an area where parking was limited. Sink faucet leaked a bit. Bed was very comfortable, but the room could use more lights for reading. Shower was high pressure and good, but only had one towel for the time you stayed due to no room service.
