The room is big and beautiful, with a great view, but there is one drawback: the sink is in the room (if your partner is sleeping and you want to wash your hands, you will wake him/her up). Breakfast is ok but in a small room (requires time slot reservation so you can't go for breakfast whenever you want).

Nous y avons resté deux nuits, un peux bruyant mais on a juste fermer la porte fenêtre ( on veut être dans le centre de la ville pour être au cœur de l’action) Le seul désagrément était que dans la salle de bain sa sentait les égouts, j’ai mis les bouchons de bain et lavabo et ce fut mieux. Très bien comme endroit

Wonderful location and staff
Such a great location with friendly and helpful staff. Booked very last minute as spur of the moment, they supported us with providing valet parking and updates about a fiesta in the square that may impact our stay. We joined the party and there was no issues. Cute, spacious rooms with good facilities. Right in the heart of the town! So great!

Location was ideal for sightseeing. Bells were quite loud (only from midnight to 7am were they not ringing). Our suite was quaint, but the double shower was not well conceived. Should have had soap dispenser on both sides. Wooden slates did make me lose my bar soap. Would stay again.

Excellent customer service at the front desk, the brekfast room, and the parking garage. Very quiet at night, although the hotel was full. Very clean. Very confortable bed. Excellent antique hotel. Very cozy, not big but the service and quality is excellent! Very comfy beds and extremely clean! Breakfast was excellent..the entire staff was wonderful including Angela and Vanesa. Bilingual and professional. Excellent housecleaning! Right on the Plaza Mayor Square! Will stay again.
