The front desk staff was very nice, but the overall experience was kind of poor. Our tv didn’t have the correct remote, which was fixed thankfully, but it took awhile to figure out due to our room telephone not working. The WiFi listed in the room wasn’t updated which we had to find out as well. Lamps didn’t work. And you’re required to pay an 80 dollar deposit that isn’t explained until you arrive. You get what you pay for and it is located by all the tourist attractions. I won’t be booking here again, but once again I did love the from desk staff.
